Are prices per user?

Yes. Prices are per user (licence). You choose how many licences you need at checkout.

What’s the difference between monthly and annual?

Monthly plans are paid month by month and can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, paid upfront, and cost less: you save €600 to €2,400 per user per year, up to 29%.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices are per user and exclude VAT.

How many contacts are included?

Each plan includes a number of active contacts: 8,000 on Starter, 15,000 on Professional and 25,000 on Enterprise. Need more? Simply upgrade to a bigger plan.

Can I add users or switch plans later?

Yes. You can add users or move to another plan whenever you need to.

Is there a free trial?

No. Instead, book a 30-minute demo and we’ll show you who Elsie would contact for your business before you pay anything.

Which plan should I choose?

Every plan has every feature. Starter is for one person. Professional is for teams of two or more. Enterprise is for companies that want premium support, help setting up our API or other enterprise functions. The plans also differ in how many active contacts are included.

How can I pay?

By card on every plan. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Is onboarding included?

Yes. Every plan includes onboarding and coaching from our Customer Success team. Enterprise customers also get premium support with a dedicated Success Manager.

Can you run it for us?

Yes. Add our done-for-you service on top of any plan and we run everything for you. Price on request.
