LinkedClient vs Waalaxy: run the campaigns yourself, or let Elsie book your meetings?
With LinkedClient, your AI sales assistant Elsie researches each person, writes on LinkedIn and email, answers replies within five minutes on autopilot and books the meeting in your calendar. With Waalaxy, you set the sequences and messages, and when a lead replies, the sequence pauses and you take over. LinkedClient needs no calendar links, no add-ons and no Sales Navigator.

LinkedClient books sales meetings for you: Elsie researches each person, writes on LinkedIn and email, answers replies within five minutes on autopilot and agrees a time in the conversation, with no calendar link. With Waalaxy, you set the messages and answer the replies yourself; meeting booking isn’t listed, cold email needs the Business plan and the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on. Every LinkedClient plan includes email, one inbox, a built-in AI CRM and human onboarding, and works on a free LinkedIn account. Waalaxy suits people with time to run their own LinkedIn campaigns who want a low entry price, from €19 per user per month.
Why do teams choose LinkedClient over Waalaxy?
Meetings booked in the conversation
When a lead is interested, Elsie proposes times you’re free, handles the back-and-forth and books the meeting in your calendar, and the lead gets a normal calendar invite. No calendar link. Waalaxy lists no meeting booking: it pauses the sequence when someone replies, and you answer. How Elsie books meetings
Replies answered within five minutes
On autopilot, Elsie answers replies within five minutes, even outside working hours, in the lead’s language, and handles objections. Tricky cases become a task for you. With Waalaxy, you answer each reply yourself.
Everything in every plan
LinkedIn and email outreach, one inbox, AI CRM, profile visitor follow-up, likes and comments and meeting booking: all 97 features on every plan. On Waalaxy, cold email is only on Business, and the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on.
Works on any LinkedIn plan
Every feature works on LinkedIn Basic (free), Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, so you don’t need a LinkedIn upgrade. Waalaxy’s getting-started guide says Sales Navigator is “strongly recommended”.
An AI CRM that updates itself
Elsie moves every lead to the right stage based on the conversation, with 12 stages and deal values. No data entry, no syncing. Waalaxy has prospect lists and CRM sync, with a light CRM only in its paid Inbox add-on. See the AI CRM
Real people on every plan
A real person gets you live in about 15 minutes, then keeps coaching you, with chat and email support on every plan. On Waalaxy Pro, support replies within 48 hours, and dedicated onboarding is only on Enterprise (5+ seats).

Who is each tool built for?
Waalaxy calls itself a “LinkedIn-first multichannel prospecting platform” for founders and business owners, sales reps, and recruiters and HR. It says it has 200,000+ users, and that 75% of them had never done LinkedIn outreach before. You import prospects, choose a ready-made sequence, set the messages and launch, and you handle the replies.
LinkedClient is for founders, consultancies, agencies and small B2B teams who want meetings but don’t have time to prospect. If you can use LinkedIn, you can use LinkedClient: tell Elsie who you want to meet, and she researches, writes, follows up, answers and books. Founders can read our guide to booking meetings without a sales team, or LinkedClient explained.
Who writes the messages?
With Waalaxy, you do. You start from a pre-built sequence, such as an invitation followed by three messages, and fill in each step. Waami, its AI writer, drafts text from the inputs you give it, such as your audience, value proposition and call to action. Waalaxy AI, which it says will also reply to leads, is announced for a closed beta.
With LinkedClient, Elsie writes every message. She learns your offer from your sales profile and website, then researches each person, their company and their LinkedIn profile, and writes one message for that person, on LinkedIn or by email. You can see her reasoning for every message.
- Approve every message, or switch on autopilot per channel.
- Reviewing her messages takes 0 to 20 minutes a day, closer to zero as she learns from your edits.
- Prefer your own copy? Campaign mode runs your own templates, delays and steps.
In short: with Waalaxy, you set the copy. With LinkedClient, Elsie does the research and the writing. See all 97 features.
What happens when a lead replies?
Waalaxy detects the reply and pauses the sequence for that person. From there, you answer. Its LinkedIn Inbox, a paid add-on on every plan, gathers your conversations with saved replies, tags and scheduled follow-ups. Meeting booking isn’t among the features on Waalaxy’s pricing page, so you agree a time with each interested lead yourself.
In LinkedClient, LinkedIn and email replies arrive in one inbox, included in every plan. On autopilot, Elsie answers within five minutes, even outside working hours, in the lead’s language, and handles questions and objections.
When someone is interested, Elsie books the meeting inside the conversation. She proposes times you’re free, handles the “Tuesday doesn’t work” back-and-forth, agrees a time and puts it in your Google or Outlook calendar. She never sends a calendar link, so your prospect never has to pick a slot on a booking page. They get a normal calendar invite instead.
We think a booking link hands the work to the person you asked for a meeting. Doing the back-and-forth yourself is polite but takes time. Elsie does the polite version for you: on autopilot, within five minutes, at any hour. Read more about how Elsie books meetings.
- You set your meeting details, bookable hours per day, days off and meeting limits.
- Elsie moves each lead to the right stage in your AI CRM as the conversation moves.
- Tricky cases become a task for you, so you step in only when it matters.
What does each cost for a team of 3?
Three people, each sending from their own LinkedIn account, on a plan that covers LinkedIn and email, at list prices as of October 2026.
Waalaxy Business, 3 seats
- At the €69 shown on the pricing page: 3 × €69 = €207 per month
- At the standard monthly Business price in Waalaxy’s help center: 3 × €139 = €417 per month
- LinkedIn Inbox: a paid add-on, on top
LinkedClient Professional, 3 users
- Billed monthly: 3 × €399 = €1,197 per month, cancel anytime
- Billed annually: 3 × €299 = €897 per month, paid upfront as €10,764 per year
- Email, inbox, AI CRM, meeting booking, onboarding and coaching: included
Waalaxy starts cheaper: LinkedIn-only Pro starts from 3 × €19 = €57 per month for three seats. But cold email needs the Business plan, the LinkedIn Inbox is a paid add-on on every plan, and its getting-started guide strongly recommends Sales Navigator, a paid LinkedIn subscription. Your team still writes the messages, answers every reply and arranges every meeting.
LinkedClient includes all of it in every plan, on a free LinkedIn account: email, one inbox, the AI CRM, meeting booking, and onboarding and support from real people. Elsie does the daily work. So compare more than the seat price: ask who will do that work every day. See LinkedClient plans and prices.
How does each work with your LinkedIn account?
Waalaxy’s help center says that since 1 July 2026 it runs fully in the cloud, with an optional Chrome extension for faster imports. Waalaxy says its timing stays within LinkedIn’s limits, and caps invitations at 300 a month on Pro and 800 on Advanced and Business.
LinkedClient works on any LinkedIn plan, including a free account, and every feature works on all of them. Elsie works within LinkedIn’s daily limits. You set a daily limit for every action, and she only sends within your working hours. Every message is written for one person based on research about them. You can approve every message before it goes out, and tricky cases are passed to you.
When Waalaxy is the better choice
Waalaxy is rated 4.5 out of 5 on G2 from 1,604 reviews, as of October 2026. It’s a good fit when:
- Budget comes first: plans start from €19 per user per month.
- You want to try it yourself first, with a 14-day free trial.
- You have time to set up sequences, write the messages and answer replies yourself.
When LinkedClient is the better choice
LinkedClient is the right fit when you want meetings, not campaigns to run:
- Nobody on your team has time to prospect, write messages or chase replies.
- You want replies answered within five minutes on autopilot and meetings booked in the conversation, with no calendar links.
- You don’t want to buy LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator: every feature works on a free LinkedIn account.
- You want email, one inbox, an AI CRM that updates itself and a website widget that captures leads, in every plan, with no add-ons.
- You want to follow up profile visitors and like and comment on your prospects’ posts in the same tool.
- You’re an agency or partner and want white label. Ask us for the details.
- You want a real person to set you up in about 15 minutes and coach you after, on every plan.
What results do LinkedClient customers get?
“With LinkedClient, I can maintain active sales work and fill our pipeline, even though I can’t allocate the time myself.”
