LinkedClient vs HeyReach: more LinkedIn senders, or meetings booked for you?

HeyReach runs LinkedIn outreach from as many accounts as you add. You build the sequences and answer the replies yourself. At LinkedClient, our AI sales assistant, Elsie, researches each person, writes on LinkedIn and email, answers the replies and agrees a meeting time in the conversation. LinkedClient works on any LinkedIn plan, from €199 per user per month.

The short answer

LinkedClient is software that books sales meetings for you. Its AI sales assistant, Elsie, researches each person, writes to them on LinkedIn and email, replies within five minutes on autopilot and books the meeting in your calendar, on any LinkedIn plan. HeyReach is a LinkedIn automation tool priced per LinkedIn account, where you write each sequence step, answer the replies yourself and send email through separate tools. It suits agencies that run many LinkedIn accounts and have someone writing and replying every day.

Why LinkedClient

Why do teams choose LinkedClient over HeyReach?

Elsie books the meeting

She agrees a time with the lead, handles the back-and-forth and puts the meeting in your calendar. Meeting booking isn’t listed among the features on HeyReach’s pricing page. How Elsie books meetings

She answers the replies

On autopilot, Elsie answers questions and objections in the lead’s language, even outside working hours. HeyReach tags replies as Interested, Generic or Negative, and you write the answer.

Email is built in

LinkedIn and email come in one plan, from your own inbox or LinkedClient-hosted email. HeyReach sends email through separate tools: Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison.

A CRM that keeps itself up to date

A CRM is where you track your leads and deals. Ours is built in, and Elsie moves each lead to the right stage as the conversation goes. HeyReach has inbox tags and a HubSpot sync, with no built-in pipeline listed. See the AI CRM

Every message starts with research

Elsie reads up on each person and their company, then writes to them. In HeyReach you write each sequence step yourself, with variables like {FIRST_NAME}.

Real people on every plan

We get you live in about 15 minutes and keep coaching you, with chat and email support. HeyReach’s Slack channel and done-for-you onboarding start on its Agency plan, at $999 per month billed monthly.

Fit

Who is each tool built for?

HeyReach says it is for agencies, sales teams and GTM (go-to-market) experts who want to automate LinkedIn outreach. Its focus is scale. LinkedIn limits how many connection requests one account can send, so HeyReach spreads each campaign across many accounts, called senders. You pay per sender, and teammates, virtual assistants and clients log in free.

LinkedClient is for founders, consultancies, agencies and small B2B teams who want meetings and don’t have time to prospect. You don’t need sales experience, technical skills or a paid LinkedIn plan. LinkedClient explained covers pricing, features and who it isn’t for.

Messages

Who writes the messages?

In HeyReach, you do. You build a sequence and write each step, from the connection request note to follow-ups and InMails (LinkedIn messages to people you aren’t connected with). Variables such as {FIRST_NAME}, or custom fields from a CSV, Clay or the API, personalize them. You can A/B test two versions of a message.

In LinkedClient, Elsie writes every message. She learns your offer from your sales profile and website. Then she looks at each person and their company, and writes one message for them, on LinkedIn or by email. You choose one of five sales styles and how hard she pushes for a meeting, and you can read her reasoning for every message.

How much you check is up to you. Approve every message, or switch on autopilot per channel. Elsie learns from your edits, so reviewing takes 0 to 20 minutes a day, and less over time. Prefer your own copy? Campaign mode runs your templates, delays and steps.

Replies

What happens when a lead replies?

In HeyReach, replies from all your LinkedIn accounts land in one inbox, with messages and InMail together. Each reply is tagged Interested, Generic or Negative, so warm leads stand out. Then you open the conversation and write the answer. Its blog shows how to build your own AI drafting workflow with n8n, an automation tool.

Meeting booking isn’t among the features on HeyReach’s pricing page. Plan for someone on your team to agree a time with each interested lead.

In LinkedClient, LinkedIn and email replies arrive in one inbox. On autopilot, Elsie answers within five minutes, even outside working hours, in the lead’s language. In approve mode, her reply waits for you. She answers questions and handles objections, and anything tricky becomes a task for you.

How does Elsie book the meeting?

When a lead is interested, Elsie suggests times when you’re free. If Tuesday doesn’t work, she offers another day. Once they agree, she puts it in your Google or Outlook calendar and the lead gets a normal calendar invite.

She doesn’t send calendar links. A booking link hands the work to the person you asked for a meeting, and it can feel impersonal. Read more about AI meeting booking.

You set your meeting details, bookable hours, days off and meeting limits. As the conversation moves, Elsie updates the lead’s stage in your built-in CRM.

Price

What does each cost for a team of 3?

Three people, each sending from their own LinkedIn account, at list prices as of October 2026.

HeyReach Growth, 3 senders

  • Billed monthly: 3 × $79 = $237 per month
  • Billed yearly: 3 × $63 = $189 per month, paid as 3 × $756 = $2,268 per year
From $189 per month. Your team writes, replies and books. Email needs a separate tool, and no built-in CRM is listed.

LinkedClient Professional, 3 users

  • Billed monthly: 3 × €399 = €1,197 per month, cancel anytime
  • Billed annually: 3 × €299 = €897 per month, paid upfront as €10,764 per year
From €897 per month excl. VAT. Elsie writes, replies and books on LinkedIn and email. CRM and onboarding included.

HeyReach is cheaper per LinkedIn account. Before you compare the two totals, ask who will run HeyReach every day and what their hours are worth.

For agencies with many accounts, the Agency plan gives 25 senders for $999 a month, under $40 per sender. We haven’t converted currencies because rates change. See all LinkedClient plans and prices.

Account safety

How does each protect your LinkedIn account?

HeyReach’s help center says it pauses any account that reaches 200 actions in a day or gets close to the weekly connection request limit. Each LinkedIn account gets its own static IP address, never shared.

Elsie stays within LinkedIn’s daily limits. You set a limit for every action, she only sends during your working hours, and each message is written for one person. You can approve every message before it goes out, and tricky cases come to you.
