Elsie AI: the AI sales assistant that books meetings for you
Elsie works from your own LinkedIn profile and email inbox. She writes to the people you want to meet, answers when they reply and books the meeting when they want to talk. You decide how much she does without asking you first.
By Melker Adolfsson, CEO and Founder of LinkedClient · Updated October 2026
Elsie AI is LinkedClient’s AI sales assistant. She researches the people you want to meet, writes to each of them on LinkedIn and email from your own accounts, follows up and answers their replies. When someone is interested, she agrees a time in the conversation and books the meeting in your calendar. You can approve every message or put her on autopilot, and she’s included in every LinkedClient plan from €199 per user/month.
Elsie is made by LinkedClient, a Swedish software company founded in 2021, and isn’t connected to other products with similar names.
What does Elsie do for you in a normal week?
First you tell her who you want to meet. Paste a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, upload a list or pick people from your contacts. Then tell her what you’re after, which is usually a meeting.
Research and the first message
Before she writes to anyone, Elsie reads their LinkedIn profile and looks into their company. Then she writes a message for that one person. It might be a connection request with a note, a LinkedIn message or an email from your own inbox.
No answer? She follows up, on the channel and at the time she thinks will work best.
Replies and booking
Replies from LinkedIn and email arrive in one inbox. Elsie answers questions and objections in the lead’s own language. On autopilot she replies within five minutes, even outside working hours.
When someone wants to talk, she offers times you’re free and handles the back-and-forth. If they write “Tuesday doesn’t work”, she suggests another day. Once they agree, she books the meeting in your Google or Outlook calendar and they get a normal calendar invite.
She doesn’t send calendar links, so the person you asked for a meeting never has to pick a slot on a booking page. We explain why in calendar links vs AI meeting booking.
Your CRM
LinkedClient has a built-in AI CRM, where you track your leads and deals. Elsie updates it from the conversations. When a lead asks to hear more, she moves them to Interested. When a meeting is booked, they move to Meeting Scheduled. Nobody has to type in a status.
Profile visitors, likes and comments
Elsie regularly checks who has viewed your LinkedIn profile. New visitors you’re not connected with get a connection request, and she hands anyone who’s interested over to you. More on that in how to follow up LinkedIn profile visitors.
Each morning she also makes a list of fresh posts from the people you want to reach. She likes them within your daily limit and writes comments that you can post yourself or leave to autopilot. See LinkedIn likes and comments for how that works.
How does Elsie write messages that sound like you?
She starts with your business. Elsie reads your sales profile and your website, so she knows what you offer. After that, every message is written for one person, from what she found out about them.
Five sales styles
Relationship, consultative, solution-oriented, direct or high-pressure. A slider sets how hard she pushes for a meeting.
150+ languages
She writes in the lead’s language and keeps replying in it. You can give her separate instructions for each language.
She learns from your edits
Change a message before you approve it and she learns from the change. Reviewing takes 0 to 20 minutes a day, and it gets closer to zero as she picks up your style.
Rules for each channel
She keeps separate writing rules for each channel, such as connection requests and email, and updates them as she learns.
Her reasoning, every time
Next to every message you can see her reasoning, so you know why she wrote it the way she did.
Your own templates, if you want
In AI mode, Elsie writes every message. Prefer to write them yourself? Campaign mode runs your own templates, delays and steps.
How do you stay in control of what Elsie sends?
You can approve every message before it goes out, or let her work on autopilot. Autopilot is set per channel. So you could let Elsie send connection requests on her own and still check every email.
- You set working hours for each day, and her outreach goes out inside them.
- You set a daily limit for every action. Elsie stays within LinkedIn’s own daily limits, and the app explains what they are.
- Every message is written for one person, based on research about them.
- Replies that need your judgement become tasks for you, collected in one task list.
Your LinkedIn account is worth more than any campaign, which is why these limits are built in. LinkedClient is GDPR compliant and EU AI Act compliant. Our security and compliance page covers how we handle your data and keep within LinkedIn’s limits.
