LinkedClient vs Expandi: build sequences yourself, or let Elsie book the meetings?

LinkedClient gets you sales meetings without running campaigns: Elsie researches each person, writes every message, answers replies within five minutes on autopilot and books the meeting in your calendar. With Expandi, you build the sequences, write the templates or prompts and answer the replies yourself. LinkedClient works on any LinkedIn plan, even the free one.

The short answer

LinkedClient is software that books sales meetings for you: its AI sales assistant, Elsie, researches each person, writes on LinkedIn and email, answers replies within five minutes on autopilot and books the meeting in the conversation, with no calendar link. It works on any LinkedIn plan, even the free one, and every plan includes a built-in AI CRM that updates itself. With Expandi, you build the sequences, write templates or a short AI prompt, answer replies with AI suggestions and connect a separate CRM. Choose LinkedClient if you want booked meetings rather than another tool to run; Expandi suits teams with someone to run campaigns who want a lower price per LinkedIn account.

Why LinkedClient

Why do teams choose LinkedClient over Expandi?

Meetings booked in the conversation

Elsie proposes times you’re free, handles the back-and-forth and books the meeting in your Google or Outlook calendar, and the lead gets a normal calendar invite. No calendar link to send. Expandi’s integrations page lists no calendar or meeting-booking integration. How AI booking works

Replies answered within five minutes

On autopilot, Elsie answers questions and objections within five minutes, even outside working hours, in the lead’s own language. Expandi’s AI Analyzer suggests an answer and tags the reply; you review it and send it.

Works on any LinkedIn plan

Every feature works on LinkedIn Basic (free), Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, profile visitor follow-up included. Expandi’s Inbound campaign for people who viewed your profile needs LinkedIn Premium.

An AI CRM that updates itself

Elsie moves every lead to the right pipeline stage based on the conversation. No data entry, no syncing. Expandi lists no built-in CRM; it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. See the AI CRM

Every message written from research

Elsie learns your offer, researches each person and company, and writes one message for that person. With Expandi, you write templates with placeholders or an AI prompt of up to 275 characters, and build the sequence in a drag-and-drop builder.

Real people on every plan

A real person gets you live in about 15 minutes and keeps coaching you, with chat and email support on every plan. Expandi’s dedicated Customer Success Manager comes with its Agency plan, for 10 or more seats.

Messages

Who writes the messages?

With Expandi, you do. You write templates with dynamic placeholders and place them in a drag-and-drop sequence. Since February 2026 you can also write an AI prompt of up to 275 characters, and Expandi writes a unique message per lead for connection requests, follow-ups and Open InMails. After you test a sample, messages generate and send automatically.

With LinkedClient, Elsie writes every message, and you don’t build templates or sequences. She learns your offer from your sales profile and website. Then she researches each person, their company and their LinkedIn profile, and writes one message for that person, on LinkedIn or by email, in 150+ languages. You pick one of five sales styles, set how hard she pushes for a meeting and can see her reasoning for every message.

You decide how much control to keep:

  • Approve every message, or switch on autopilot per channel.
  • Elsie learns from your edits. Reviewing takes 0 to 20 minutes a day, closer to zero as she learns your style.
  • Prefer your own copy? Campaign mode runs your own templates, delays and steps.

In Expandi, message quality depends on the templates and prompts you write. In LinkedClient, it rests on Elsie’s research about each person. See all 97 features.

Replies

What happens when a lead replies?

This is where the two tools differ most.

With Expandi, you answer. Its Global Inbox puts conversations from every connected LinkedIn account in one view. The AI Analyzer suggests an answer to each question or objection and tags replies as Interested, Maybe Interested or Not Interested. You review each suggestion and send it, including the messages that settle a meeting time. Expandi’s integrations page lists no calendar or meeting-booking integration.

With LinkedClient, Elsie answers. On autopilot, she replies within five minutes, even outside your working hours, in the lead’s own language, or you approve each reply first. She handles objections and answers questions about your offer. Tricky cases become a task for you.

Elsie books the meeting without a calendar link

When someone is interested, Elsie books the meeting inside the conversation. She proposes times you’re free, handles “Tuesday doesn’t work”, agrees a time and puts it in your Google or Outlook calendar. The lead gets a normal calendar invite and never has to pick a slot on a booking page. It’s the polite back-and-forth an assistant would do, without the time it costs you. How AI meeting booking works.

Then Elsie moves the lead to the right stage in the built-in AI CRM, with no data entry. Expandi lists no built-in CRM; it connects to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive. See how the AI CRM works.

Pricing

What does each cost for a team of 3?

Expandi costs less per seat. Here is the arithmetic for three people, each with their own LinkedIn account, at list prices as of October 2026. On Expandi, one seat equals one connected LinkedIn account; on LinkedClient, teams of two or more use the Professional plan.

Team of 3LinkedClientProfessional planExpandiBusiness plan
Annual billing, per person€299 per user/month$79 per seat/month
Annual billing, 3 people3 × €299 = €897 a month, or €10,764 a year3 × $79 = $237 a month, or $2,844 a year
Monthly billing, per person€399 per user/month$99 per seat/month
Monthly billing, 3 people3 × €399 = €1,197 a month3 × $99 = $297 a month
What the price coversAll 97 features: Elsie writes, replies and books; AI CRM; email; profile visitors; likes and comments; onboarding and coachingSequences, AI prompts, Global Inbox and CRM integrations; image, GIF and video personalization cost extra

LinkedClient prices exclude VAT. Expandi shows its prices in US dollars, and we have not converted currencies.

The two bills pay for different things. Expandi’s seat price covers the automation: sequences, templates, AI prompts and an inbox. Its own pricing page lists image and GIF personalization at an additional cost and video personalization as a paid add-on. The CRM is a separate tool you connect, and the Inbound campaign needs LinkedIn Premium. Your team still writes the prompts, answers the replies and agrees the meeting times.

LinkedClient’s price covers that work. Elsie writes, answers, books and updates the CRM. Email outreach, profile visitor follow-up, likes and comments, the website widget and human onboarding are all included, on any LinkedIn plan.

If someone on your team already has time to run campaigns and answer replies, Expandi is the cheaper route. If nobody does, weigh LinkedClient’s price against the hours that work would take. Working alone? Starter is €199 per month billed annually, or €249 monthly. Full details are on our pricing page.

Account safety

How do they protect your LinkedIn account?

Both tools work with daily limits, but they describe safety differently. Expandi runs in the cloud with a dedicated country-based IP per account, automatic warm-up and daily limit ranges.

Elsie works within LinkedIn’s daily limits. You set a daily limit for every action, and she only sends within your working hours. Every message is written for one person, based on research about them. You can approve every message before it goes out, and tricky cases are passed to you.

No tool can promise zero risk on LinkedIn. Whichever you choose, keep volumes reasonable and messages personal.

Honest fit

When is Expandi the better choice?

Expandi fits better when:

  • You want to build detailed sequences yourself, with if/then conditions and steps like profile visits, endorsements and Open InMails.
  • Price per LinkedIn account decides it, and someone on your team will run the campaigns and answer replies. Expandi starts at $79 per seat per month on the annual plan.
  • You want to try the tool on your own before you pay. Expandi has a 7-day free trial; LinkedClient offers a 30-minute demo instead.
Honest fit

When is LinkedClient the better choice?

LinkedClient fits better when you want meetings, not another tool to run:

  • Nobody on your team has time to prospect, answer replies or arrange meeting times. That’s typical for founders, consultancies, agencies and small B2B teams.
  • You want every message written for one person from research, on LinkedIn and email, in 150+ languages.
  • You want replies answered within five minutes on autopilot and meetings booked in the conversation, without sending calendar links.
  • You don’t want to pay for LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator. Every feature works on LinkedIn Basic (free), Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter.
  • You want a built-in AI CRM that updates itself, plus a website widget that sends new leads straight into it.
  • You want to follow up profile visitors and like and comment on your prospects’ posts in the same tool.
  • You run an agency or partner business and want white label. Ask us for details in a demo.
  • You want a real person to set you up in about 15 minutes and coach you after, with chat and email support on every plan.

FAQ

Questions about Expandi and LinkedClient

Can’t find your answer? Ask a real person.

Book a 30-min demo
Is LinkedClient a good Expandi alternative?

Yes, if you want meetings booked rather than campaigns to run. LinkedClient’s AI sales assistant, Elsie, researches each person, writes on LinkedIn and email, answers replies within five minutes on autopilot and books meetings in your calendar, on any LinkedIn plan. Expandi suits teams that want to build their own sequences at a lower price per seat.

Does LinkedClient send calendar links?

No. Elsie agrees a time with the lead in the conversation, handles the back-and-forth when a time doesn’t suit them, and books the meeting in your Google or Outlook calendar. The lead gets a normal calendar invite and never has to pick a slot on a booking page.

Do I need LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator for LinkedClient?

No. Every LinkedClient feature works on LinkedIn Basic (free), Premium, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, including profile visitor follow-up. Expandi’s Inbound campaign for people who viewed your profile needs LinkedIn Premium.

What’s included in every LinkedClient plan?

All 97 features: LinkedIn and email outreach, replies within five minutes on autopilot, meeting booking without calendar links, a built-in AI CRM, profile visitor follow-up, likes and AI comments, and a website widget for leads. Onboarding, coaching and support from real people are included too, with no add-ons.

Is LinkedClient cheaper than Expandi?

Not per seat. LinkedClient starts at €199 per user per month billed annually, and Expandi at $79 per seat per month on its annual plan. LinkedClient’s price includes the work itself: Elsie answers replies, books meetings and updates the built-in AI CRM, with onboarding and coaching by a real person.

How much does Expandi cost?

As of October 2026, Expandi’s Business plan is $99 per seat per month on the monthly plan, or $79 per seat per month on the annual plan. The Agency plan has custom pricing for 10 or more seats. One seat equals one connected LinkedIn account.

Does LinkedClient have a free trial like Expandi?

No. Instead of a trial, you book a 30-minute demo and we show you who Elsie would contact for your business. If you go ahead, a real person gets you live in about 15 minutes.

Can I move my leads from Expandi to LinkedClient?

Yes. Upload your lead list as a CSV, or paste the same LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches you use today. Setup takes about 15 minutes with our team, and you don’t need LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator to run LinkedClient.

Is LinkedClient safe for my LinkedIn account?

Elsie works within LinkedIn’s daily limits. You set a daily limit for every action, she only sends within your working hours, and every message is written for one person based on research about them. You can approve every message before it goes out.
